COMPANY INFORMATION
Cosmit limited has been in exsistence since its registration in 1986. It became involved in construction in 1992 and since then has worked on several projects in the corporate area. These areas include; Luxury Vale, Havendale, and Belvedere as well as other parts of the corporate area.

The newest project undertaken is the Royal Suites Development which is located on 23 Hill Road in Norbrook (see projects).

In addition, we are also involved in the rental of townhouses and apartments constructed.

CONSTRUCTION TIME

With our management team committed to carrying out the needs of the community, we make it our point of duty to do one project at a time thus affording us the opportunity to be very detailed in what we do.
